DESIGN WITH DAN

  • Book a time with Dan and he’ll ask you all the right questions to work out what type of board will suit your height, weight, type of waves you’ll be surfing and the way you like to surf.

  • Based on your design consultation Dan will come back to you with ideas to fine tune your design.
    From volume to rails, fin setups, tail design, rocker and concave, to stringers and channels.
    You’ll be in safe hands with Dan’s expert guidance.

  • From foam blank Dan will personally from start to finish, hand craft your board and turn your idea into the perfect board for you.

  • You can either bring your own concept or Dan will take you through the many creative options you can use to make your board personal to you.
